The rescue ladder console for dock is designed to withstand great forces. To prevent damage during heavy ice in winter and to facilitate service / repairs, the ladder can easily be adjusted up and down in the console. The ladder is secured in the console with the included fuse cables. A damaged ladder can easily be replaced by this without having to replace the entire console. The ladder can also be extended with joints to very long lengths, for example at floodgates and power plants. A smart placement of the ladder can be by a large bollard, as boats often have fore or stern there. This way it becomes an open passage to the dock. The MSB recommends a "way out of water" every 50 meters where it is difficult to otherwise get out of the water. Examples of such environments are wharf walks, jetties and more. At these locations, the rescue ladder console performs a perfect function. This console is made of 5 mm galvanized steel, which makes it maintenance-free in most environments. The console is available with either high or low handles. The handles are marked with reflex and clearly visible from land and water. The console comes with a 3.5m or 4.5m long ladder. Keep in mind that the ladder should reach 1m below low tide level. The length of the ladder is easily adjusted for each environment by cutting.
