The livhanken is primarily intended to be mounted in marinas, where space is limited and max. 1 m to the surface of the water.

Functions

The livhanken is stable to climb with its sturdy handle, a safe way up from the water in case of an emergency. It is an easy-to-use ladder that can be used on dock fingers, floating jetty or dock. The livhanken is dimensioned to fit all dock fingers on the market. The livhanken is also available with a suspended bracket for mounting under the carrier strip on the floating jetty, this for easy access but still protected from collision with the boats. This product should be supplemented with a straight galvanized handle mounted close to the ladder so that the distressed person can easily pull them self-up. The folding construction makes the ladder durable as it hangs free from the water. The livhanken is made of hot-dip galvanized steel and is marked with yellow plastic spirals, which makes it easy to notice form the water. The high handle makes it easy to notice even from land. One person can easily mount the livhanken. It comes complete with screws for installing.
